*A $25 provider access fee will be added to all mobile services with the exception of GLP-1 services. This fee is waived is when you are receiving two services in a single visit. In this case you will only be charged the access fee once.
*A $5 service fee will be added to every appointment to help cover payment processor fees and other administrative costs associated with handling transactions. This fee is separate from the cost of the service itself and ensures the efficient processing of your payment. This fee may be waived in situations where no additional payment is collected, such as when a service is paid in full using membership bucks.
